use by date

I joined this tribe and immediately went to look in my refrigerator. I have half a bottle of Cholulas with a use by date of March '00. Whatya think? should I chuck it?

    It may be a bit 'weak' by now, but the vinegar and salt would keep it from getting dangerous to ingest. Use it to cook with, or just buy another bottle (or two)!
